We have attracted 11% of the city's total target population to a closed social networking group. Raised more than 600.000 EUR across all projects. These are some of the things I have worked on during last few months:
RALLY VISAGINAS
racing competition
Together with our team, we have fully organised a recurring city event - the rally racing.

Starting in 2020 with small stages, in 2023, 2024 and 2025 we have already organised a nationwide event, attracting over 100 crews from 7 countries, over 7000 spectators and, thanks to a successful image and communications, we have raised around 23% of the total budget from sponsors. I was responsible for:
  • Image development and branding (we received accolades from major racing organisations for that);
  • Communication with the sponsors portfolio;
  • Managing the administrative team during the event.
STARTUOK
interactive entrepreneurship studying platform.
Together with a team of developers and designers, we have created an interactive online learning platform for 14-19 year olds, covering the basics of entrepreneurship in Lithuania, from business myths to accounting. This information is presented to the student through a series of questions and answers, and the questions themselves are designed to make the correct answer almost obvious. In this way, the student "discovers" the knowledge. Points are awarded for each answer, which motivates the student and gives the teacher an additional assessment tool. Tests have shown that about 91% of the information presented in this way is remembered, which is much higher than when reading a book or listening to a lecture. 98.3% of the students surveyed said they found this teaching tool very engaging and most would like to see it used to diversify their existing curriculum.

For the second year in a row, our team have successfully organized esports competition. We reached 813 concurrent viewers on Twitch.com, 1,811 unique viewers from 9 countries, 220,000 minutes of viewing time over the 6 days of the event and raised €2,000 prize pool with sponsors. Professional live streaming technology with a replay system was used. During the broadcast, the current World Champion and World MVP trophy winner joined the players to support them.
